If there is a large gap between the door and window sashes and frames, it is mainly due to inaccurate installation or the door and window frames not being perpendicular to the ground. The door and window sashes can be removed and re planed; If the door and window frames are not vertical, they should be straightened with shims inside the frame plate.
3. The hinge should be positioned accurately and installed firmly: if the hinge is not aligned properly, it will cause the door and window sashes to not match the frame, and the door and window opening and closing will not be smooth. One screw can be unscrewed for each hinge, and then the fit between the door and window sash and the frame can be adjusted. All screws can be tightened after the adjustment and repair are correct. If the hinge screw is short, or if it is screwed in at once without tightening the screw, or if the screw is twisted diagonally, it can cause the door and window sash to sway. Suitable screws should be replaced, and the screws must be straight when screwing in. The screws should be screwed in 1/3 first, and the rest should be screwed in.
4. The opening and locking of the door lock should be smooth, and the two parts locked on the door leaf and door frame should match. Improper installation of the lock can cause the door leaf to open and close improperly. The lock tongue plate should be removed, the tongue groove should be repaired with a chisel, and the position of the door frame lock tongue should be adjusted before installation. In addition, the opening direction of the door should also meet the requirements.
5. There should be base material inside the door and window frame: When making the window frame with fine wood board or density board, the base board should be fixed on the frame base keel first, and then the lines should be nailed. The door frame should be made of wood frame, flattened and straightened, and then assembled and installed on the wall, and then covered with base board and decorative panel. If there is a hollow drum sound when tapping the side panel of the door and window cover with your hand, it means that there is no underlying board such as particleboard on the bottom layer, and it should be folded and remade.
